This payment secures your place on the Oxford Writing Mentors Retreat in 2027 from 22nd to 29th May 2027 at the Il Cardo Resort.
This amount will be taken off your final bill.
If you are coming with a partner (who is either enrolled in the retreat or is a non-participant), you need pay only ONE reservation fee of £200 at this stage.
Invoices for the full payment will be sent out in December, and payment must be made by 31st January 2027.
If you cancel your place after 31st January 2027, a refund of the 80% can only be offered if your place can be filled 4 weeks before the start of the course; if we cannot fill your place, we will not be able to offer a refund at this late date. We will respond to any such requests on a case-by-case basis.
